• The ATD Dual Station can run as an individual or dual, as well as having different cores run on either station. The Heat control on the ATD Dual Station machines is controlled via a PID loop in our PLC, giving the end user a more consistent corebox heating process. Compare to a Harrison® Dual Station. 

• Our machines also can be fed with different sand/resin percentages in each station. The ATD Dual Station Core Machine is available in Hot Box, Hot Shell, or Cold Box Processes.
